Great Dealership to Purchase New Vehicle
We started our search on Truecar.com and received an email from Joseph regarding our inquiry. After test driving the car we purchased, we contacted Joseph to see what was their best price that could be offered for the vehicle. Their internet team was very prompt with replying to a phone call or email. They made the car buying process very seamless and enjoyable. The car we wanted they did not have in stock, so they did a thorough search in the region to find a dealer with the one that we wanted. We definitely would buy from them again!

Excellent customer care with low pressure and they listen!
Was very pleased and ended up buying 2015 Prius v. Larry Reed was exceptional in finding the right car (color inside and out) and getting it brought to the dealership from over 100 miles away! They were aggressive with discounts and competitive on pricing. Only downside was they only allowed a minimal trade value (below KBB but due to airbags that had been released appreantly before we had it.) We should have sold the car ourselves as this is probably to be expected from dealerships anywhere. All in all we were treated professionally and walked away pleased. I would highly recommend their internet sales group and Larry Reed to listen to your wants/needs and try hard to put you in the car you desire! We will start with them next time we are looking for another vehicle.

We have purchased many Toyota cars for ourselves and our children because of their value and reliability. When we made our recent purchase we stopped at Toyota of Cinti on Colerain Ave and met with Larry Reed. We were impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He was willing to wait on our timing and when we were ready to purchase, he had everything ready for us. It was a very easy, pleasant transaction. We were satisfied with our trade in allowance as well.

Best car buying experience ever!
I have never purchased a car via the internet, but my experience at Joseph Toyota was outstanding. I communicated with Mike Sipple through email a few times and then with Larry Reed. They shot me their best price and it was below 2 other quotes . No hassles and no real haggling. And to my surprise, when we went to the dealership to take delivery, the price was exactly as quoted with no additional charges. From the time we entered the dealership, Larry made us feel very welcome and we left knowing that we made a good decision. To top it off, Dan walked my wife through all the details of the new car including Bluetooth and other features of the video display. Quick and easy lease process
Joseph Toyota had an ad in the Sunday paper for leases on several 2016 vehicles. I came in interested in a Corolla. A red one. Larry Lawson had one that had just come in. It was perfect! Larry was very professional and made the process very easy. I love my new car!

Wonderful Service
I purchased my new 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati on August 29, 2015. I had a wonderful experience. When I arrived for my appointment my sales consultant was still with a previous customer. Instead of making me sit and wait for him another consultant showed me the models I was looking at and set me up on a test drive, she also had umbrellas for myself and my father which was very nice.. At that point my consultant Larry Lawson met us and we started the test drive. I cannot say enough about Larry, Steven in the finance department and the entire staff of Joseph Toyota, They made purchasing my first car wonderful, and I really appreciate the time they spent with me.

Worth the drive!
My husband and I drove from Louisville up to Cincinnati after we had a bad experience at our local dealership. I had reached out to Sam on the phone to check on a specific vehicle and he put it on hold for me until we could get there. The overall experience was pleasant, Sam was incredibly busy, juggling multiple customers and their needs, but we never felt neglected or unimportant. He was a big part of why we purchased from Joseph Toyota. I would highly recommend this business and definitely recommend dealing with Sam.

Great customer service.. No pressure
I went to test drive a Toyota RAV 4. Sam Harvey was really informative and detailed. Steve was the finance manager I spoke to. Both were awesome. They gave me a reasonable quote even though I made it clear to them that I'm still looking around and never pressured me to commit or anything. I'm still undecided about my vehicle but if I decided to go with Toyota, I'm sure I'm gonna ask for Sam and Steve.

Purchasing a car
We recently purchased a new car from Joseph and the experience was not what we expected at all. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. There was no pressure while we were looking for the car. When we decided on a car the process went very smoothly. after all the paperwork was completed we were shown around the dealership and introduced to the service staff. When the car was prepped the salesman showed us everything about the car and even programmed the blue tooth. He even programmed the Bluetooth for us on our other car, which isn't even a Toyota. The follow up after the purchase was impressive as well. We love the car and would recommend Joseph Toyota to everyone.
